Terms of Service

These terms apply when you engage Local Site Growth ("we", "us", "our") for a first page demo or web design project. By requesting a demo or engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.
Free first page demos
We design the first page of your website before you pay anything. There's no cost or obligation to proceed after seeing it. If you choose not to move forward, no charges apply.
Payment
If you decide to proceed after your free first page demo, pricing and payment terms are agreed with you directly before any work begins on the final website. We'll always confirm scope and cost in writing before invoicing.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the completed website transfers to you. Until final payment is received, the website and its files remain the property of Local Site Growth.
Revisions and changes
We include a reasonable round of revisions during the demo and build process so the final site matches what you asked for. Significant scope changes after work has started may affect timeline or cost - we'll always discuss this with you first.
Cancellations
You can walk away at any point before final payment with no obligation. If a project is cancelled partway through paid work, we'll agree a fair arrangement based on work already completed.
Liability
We build websites to a professional standard and test them across common devices and browsers before handover. We aren't liable for losses arising from third-party services (hosting, domain providers, payment processors) that are outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
